מומחית כלל קבעה: המבוטחת סיעודית. נציגי החברה: אז מה?

קשישה כבת 79, המבוטחת בפוליסת הסיעוד הקולקטיבית של חברי קופ"ח מכבי – "מכבי סיעודי", דרשה מחברת הביטוח כלל לשלם לה את תגמולי הביטוח להם התחייבה בפוליסה, עקב שלל בעיות רפואיות המקשות עליה לבצע את הפעולות היומיומיות.

כלל ביקשה לבדוק את המבוטחת באמצעות מומחית מטעמה, וכך נעשה.

לאחר בדיקה, קבעה מומחית כלל: המבוטחת סיעודית בהתאם לתנאי הפוליסה ומתקשה בביצוע שלוש מתוך ששת הפעולות היומיומיות.

אף על פי כן, ואולי מכוח ההרגל, נדחתה תביעת הסיעוד של הקשישה בטענה כי אינה עונה לתנאי מצב סיעודי בפוליסה (!).  מוזמנים לקרוא ידיעה שפורסמה בעיתון ידיעות אחרונות אודות התביעה שהוגשה על ידי עו"ד רפאל אלמוג ממשרדנו לנוכח הדחייה.
